Our direct implementation spans two programs: child protection in Tondo, Manila, and education access in Thailand. Running these programs ourselves keeps us accountable as practitioners and informs our grantmaking from the inside.

GRANTMAKING
Our grantmaking spans two groups: small, early-stage organisations and community-based groups, and larger, more established local organisations with proven models and demonstrated effectiveness.
As of April 2026, Firetree is in an active funding-relationships with 18 organizations in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Singapore and 2 in the European Union.
FIRETREE PHILANTHROPY
Beyond grantmaking, the essence of Firetree Philanthropy's work is investing time and resources in supporting the leaders of early-stage organisations as a thought partner and ally. Led by Nicky.

Offers values-aligned funders access to a selected group of established and highly-impactful local organisations drawn from our broader portfolio. Led by Sreya.
