FUTUREED FEST 2023 RECAP

FutureEd Fest's theme of Meaningful Education resulted in 17 engaging workshops, several interesting keynote speeches and panel discussions, pitching competitions for students and teachers with innovative ideas, a Maker Fest for schools with successful Makerspace education programs, and more.

DR. NANTHAPORN SERIBUTRA PARTICIPATES IN BETT ASIA 2023

Dr. Nanthaporn Janchalia Seributra, CEO of Starfish Education, participated in the judging panel of the 2023 Startup Competition at Bett Asia 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand on October 4th.

WORKSHOP

​Starfish Education held an organizational development workshop in Pattaya from March 27-28, 2023! It allowed employees to review their past performance as well as plan for their future work and exchange ideas. Some staff members also gained ideas or skills from their colleagues to adapt for their own work.

MAKERSPACE DAY ACTIVITIES IN BANGKOK

Starfish Education organized “Makerspace Day” activities at Wat Bang Phlat School in Bangkok on October 11th, 2022. Over 200 teachers, administrators and students from 11 schools in the area participated.

BETT ASIA AWARDS 2022 NOMINATIONS

We are excited to announce that Starfish Education and our CEO Dr. Prae Nanthaporn Seributra have been chosen as finalists for the Trailblazer in Incusion Award, the Distruptor Award, and the 21st Century Learning Award at the Bett Asia Expo 2022, which will be held on October 11th, 2022 at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok.

Our management team is pleased to have attended a set of school visits and subsequent forum over the weekend that touched upon the advances that schools are making in the Teacher and School Quality Program (TSQP).

LEARNING MANAGEMENT AND LEARNING LOSS IN THE COVID-19 ERA

COVID-19 has left a considerable mark on the education sector worldwide. Schools have been closed, students have been introduced to remote learning from home, and teachers and parents alike have struggled to adapt to the new set of resulting challenges.

NEW BOOK LAUNCHED BY STARFISH EDUCATION

This is our first book aimed at parents to help their children embark on an exciting learning journey to develop crucial skills in the 21st century.

DR. PRAE SERIBUTRA JOINS MINISTRY OF EDUCATION HACKATHON

I love the energy of the teachers in a hackathon environment. It is something that we should do more to cultivate the problem solving and creative skills.  All the teams get together to tackle a crucial topic of learning loss and post-pandemic education.
